The Network Group was founded in 1986 by a small group of individuals with a passion for the insurance search & recruitment industry.

After working at other search firms, we noticed how candidates and companies alike can get lost in the shuffle of a bigger firm. We recognized the need to have closer personal relationships with our clients and have tailored our approach to this philosophy ever since.

We strive to a develop a close rapport with our candidates by understanding their work experience, as well as their career goals and aspirations. With a focus on what YOU are looking for, we pride ourselves in presenting you with only the best potential matches.

We've enjoyed continued success with our client companies (some of which have been with us since 1986!) by maintaining a deep understanding of the hiring goals and specific qualifications associated with each position. With that in mind, we make targeted presentations of candidates for every position, rather than simply mass producing resumes.

Meet Our Executive Team
With a passion for recruiting and a vision for building a successful executive search firm, Bart founded The Network Group over 3 decades ago. Since 1986, both candidates and clients have benefited from his commitment and focus to the search and recruitment process of insurance professionals and building a company with a keen ability to make that perfect match. He gained his recruiting experience at an early age and found a true passion for helping candidates and companies in the search process. By working on numerous positions in the property and casualty industry, he was able to gain a deep knowledge of what the property and casualty industry actually did. Using his passion for recruiting, combined with his understanding of the property and casualty industry, he founded The Network Group with a focus on the search and recruitment of insurance professionals in the property and casualty insurance industry and this remains the focus of The Network Group to this day.

Bart has been focused on the search and recruitment of property and casualty actuaries for over 10 years and has had continued success placing actuaries at all levels. These positions range from actuarial analysts who are still taking exams, to credentialed actuaries (ACAS or FCAS) to Senior Management to Chief Actuarial positions.

As an experienced Actuarial Recruiter, Marge has developed extensive expertise in the search and recruitment process for actuarial professionals in the property & casualty industry. Specializing with actuaries has enabled her to develop an extensive network of candidates and clients, ranging from exam-taking students to the ACAS/FCAS.

Marge has been focusing on recruiting actuarial professionals for the last ten years and she feels that her prior experience in recruiting insurance professionals of various disciplines, including actuarial, underwriting, claims, loss control, and risk management, has enabled her to gain a deeper perspective of the actuarial profession. With over 30 years of recruiting experience, she has been with The Network Group for most of that time and has been an integral part of the company over the years.
